As you can appreciate the time and effort the artist will put into creating a custom song for you with your very own lyrics, there is no returns policy on a custom song. 

However we are always happy to send you a sample of the song for you to approve or ask for changes, prior to sending the finished product. We find this helps the whole process run smoothly.

Once we feel the song is at a very high standard we will get this out to you asap. We usualy send via email, whatsapp or other possible methods depending on the file sizes.
